Due to a potential service disruption with Canada Post, Pardon Applications of Canada (PAC), the nationwide A+ Accredited Canadian Pardon (Record Suspension) & U.S. Waiver application processing firm, has released the following information for new & existing applicants.
EXISTING APPLICANTS
In the event of a Canada Post service disruption, you may still mail your Signature & Questionnaire Kit (SQ), or any relevant correspondence, to Pardon Applications of Canada using an alternative service such as FEDEX or UPS, at your cost.

There is no expected service delay for the processing of mail received from Pardon Applications of Canada.
PRIORITY status applicants who are expecting mail from Pardon Applications of Canada will still receive their mail using an alternative service such as FEDEX or UPS. The cost of the alternative mail service will be paid by Pardon Applications of Canada. REGULAR status applicants will not be mailed until the Canada Post service resumes.
NEW APPLICANTS
In the event of a Canada Post service disruption, new applications for a Canadian Pardon (Record Suspension) and U.S. Waiver remain available.
